Grilled Steaks
We don’t get the opportunity to do steaks very often, but we thought it would be great to make Valentines Day a little special at the end of the day. When we grill steaks, we always use Ribeye steaks. A lot of times I make a marinade for the steaks, but the marinade below is a fantastic quick option that is super simple!
Stuffed Shells
These lasagna stuffed shells from this recipe use cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese, and they are wonderful! I usually skip the sauce recipe, and just use a jar sauce, but it’s totally up to you! This recipe is great!
Chili Cheese Dogs
We have frozen chili from the last time I made these chili cheese dogs. My son loves chili cheese dogs, but it has to be a certain chili recipe. I found the below chili dog sauce that my whole family absolutely loves, by South Your Mouth. The best part is, you can freeze it and use it later for a really quick week night meal.
We use beef franks, chopped Vidalia onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sweet & spicy pickles and Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions for toppings. Other great options are sliced tomatoes, caramelized onion, sport peppers, relish, sour cream, or pepper jack cheese.
