Happy Tuesday everyone, and welcome to my Tell It To Me Tuesday (#TTMT) link party. I am very excited to get this weekly link party started, to meet new bloggers, and to provide a place for your wonderful content to be shared and viewed. I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start.
My Week So Far
We had a very busy weekend! This weekend was my husband and I’s one year anniversary. We went out for a date night out of the house and away from the kids for a while. We went to dinner, went axe throwing, and spent our evening watching the sunset at the place where he proposed. We had a lot of fun! I wanted to share some pictures from our date night, I hope you enjoy!
We also did quite a bit of yard work this weekend. My husband spent a lot of time completely clearing all the brush and mess from the ditch area in the front of our house. I wish I had gotten a before and after of this, because the difference is amazing! There were so many trees, bushes, and overgrowth in the front of our house, I didn’t even realize how disastrous it was until it was gone. What that means for me… A NEW LANDSCAPING PROJECT! Yay! While he was clearing the ditch area, I was FINALLY getting to refresh our front garden.
Also, just a quick mid-summer check in on the planters from my post 10 Tips For Beautiful Potted Plants!
Also, with our anniversary this weekend, I thought it was the perfect time to share our anniversary idea this year. Sometimes the best gifts are the ones that cost nothing at all… Tell Them How You Really Feel… Now | Anniversary Idea.
