Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place your maple syrup and brown sugar into the bowl and stir to combine well.
Once your maple syrup and brown sugar are mixed well, add in the bacon. Be sure to separate all the bacon pieces before placing them in the bowl. Mix the bacon into the maples syrup/brown sugar mixture until all pieces are coated.
Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the wire rack on top. Place your bacon strips onto the wire rack, making sure there is no overlap(you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your sheet pan).
Spoon or brush any remaining maple syrup and brown sugar mixture over the bacon. I do not typically have any left in the bowl, but if you do, USE IT!
Place your baking sheet with bacon into the oven and bake for 20 - 30 minutes (depending on bacon thickness). Bake until browned and starting to crisp (thick cut bacon likely won't crisp and will stay softer). Allow the bacon to cool for about 10 minutes, as the sugar will be very hot!
