Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray (we use olive oil cooking spray).
Cut the links/ropes of packaged smoked sausage into about 1" high pieces. There should be about 17-20 pieces from a 14 oz package of Eckrich skinless smoked sauasage.
Take your BBQ sauce and spread it all over each piece of sausage (make sure to get the bottom too). Once covered, place your bites in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until the bottoms of the sausage pieces start to brown. They may start to split, and that's okay!
