This quick and easy cheater spaghetti recipe has great flavor, and it's super easy to throw together on a week night. You will want to save this to use again and again.
Cook and crumble your ground beef and onion together on medium high heat until cooked through. Approximately 5-10 minutes. Drain/remove the grease.
Cook your pasta according to the package directions. While your pasta is cooking, add in your preferred spaghetti sauce, (drained) diced tomatoes, and seasonings to the same pan as the ground beef and onion. Place a lid over top and heat on medium-low for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the water from your pasta, and return it to the pot. Place in 2-4 Tbsp butter (your desired amount) and stir until the pasta is coated.
Place your pasta on a plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
