Add olive oil to your roast and coat the entire roast in the oil.
Use the beef rub, and rub it into the roast, coating all sides. Set aside at room temperature.
Heat your grill to 350°F. Once the grill is pre-heated, place your roast on the grill, in indirect heat (not directly on flames).
Allow your roast to cook for about 1.5 - 2 hours, or until your desired internal temperature is reached. Beef temperature chart is in the post above.
After internal temperature is reached, immediately place your roast into aluminum foil and tightly wrap it to seal the juices in. Allow this to sit for 10-15 minutes.
Cut your roast against the grain. If you plan to use this for roast beef sandwiches later on, be sure to carve the slices thin.
