Meal Plan Monday Recipes/Products
Pork Chops
I make the zesty herb pork chops using McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb marinade. I love making my own marinades, but McCormick has great marinades and it takes the additional guesswork out of dinner. These are the best!
For roasted carrots:
Chop full sized carrots into 1/2″ rounds. Place them in a bowl with olive oil and fresh ground salt and pepper. Place them on a sprayed baking sheet in the oven at 425° for about 25 minutes.
Breakfast Burritos
For the kids, I usually do bacon, hash browns, onions and eggs for the filling. My husband and I love chorizo and egg breakfast burritos, so I keep some chorizo on hand for these nights.
Pancake bites can be made out of pancake batter, and place in mini muffin pans. Bake them at 350° for about 11-15 minutes. Use whatever additions you would like, such as blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, or whatever you like in your pancakes. You can freeze these for quick and easy breakfast solutions too!
Spaghetti
My kids love spaghetti. You will likely see this on our meal plan often. You can find my quick and easy cheater spaghetti recipe here.
For the garlic bread, we will be using the leftover bun from our philly cheese steaks last week (I froze them to save them). Brush the insides with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, and place face down in a heated pan on medium-low heat until golden brown.
Hopefully I can get my enchiladas and spanish rice recipe posted soon, it’s so good!
Beef Roast
You can find the recipe for my grilled beef roast here. I haven’t decided if I am going to smoke it this time, or just grill it!
