Meal Plan Monday Recipes/Products
Potato Wedges
We make our potato wedges from yukon gold potatoes. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss in a large drizzle of olive oil, fresh cracked pink Himalayan salt and fresh cracked black pepper, roast at 425° for 25 minutes.
Breakfast Burritos
We will make bacon, potato, egg and cheese breakfast burritos for the kids, and chorizo and egg breakfast burritos for us!
I don’t have a lot to share for recipes this week. The vegetable chili will be a recipe soon to come, but it’s one of my favorites on top of a mashed potato with some cheese and sour cream. I can’t wait! My focus is mainly on Thanksgiving dishes currently, so I don’t have a lot of meals planned besides that one.
Hot Turkey Sandwiches
Take a nice hearty bread, place some heated leftover turkey on top, and pour your gravy over it all. Serve these with a side of mashed potatoes and a roasted vegetable, it’s the perfect Thanksgiving leftover meal!
Turkey & Wild Rice Soup
I will be making the below chicken and wild rice soup recipe, but I will substitute the chicken with Turkey instead. Just trying to use up the Thanksgiving leftovers.
