My Week So Far
Over the weekend we had a trunk or treat to attend. The kids had so much fun! I (as usual) had fun quickly decorating the car once we got there. One of these years I will actually plan a themed decoration! Until then… the time crunch mash up of last minute items always makes me happy.
Once we got the kids to bed, my husband and I had a very serious match of Battleship over a glass of wine. I love that this time of the year I can find Oliver’s Apple Pie Wine. Around me, I have only found it at Meijer, but that is a more localized store that isn’t available far outside of Michigan. If you get a chance to get your hands on a bottle of Oliver’s Apple Pie Wine, do it! According to my husband, it tastes like holiday cheer!
I made some graveyard brownies for my sons Halloween party tomorrow. I used melted marshmallow to make spider webs across the brownies, and Milano cookies broken in half as head stones. They turned out super cute!
My husband and I have a Halloween party to attend this coming weekend, and I will be preparing our costumes this week! We are going as Vikings!
How is your week going so far?
